Mr. Md Mashiur Rahman, ndc, Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) called on Commandant, National Defence College (NDC) and delivered a lecture on ‘Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) Peace Accord: Realties and Challenges in Implementation’ to the AFWC-2024 course members on Monday, 01 July 2024. Mr. Mashiur recently left the post of Sr Secretary, Ministry of Chattogram Hill Tracts Affairs (MoCHTA).
